The interview process were kinda difficult for me because the interviews were held in groups. The other people applying were over talking me since i have no job experience and they went on and on talking. I dislike group interviews.

They asked several common interview questions like: why should we hire you? What motivates you? tell me a little about yourself? Strengths and weaknesses?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
