Entretien
Pretty basic interview process. I met with three different people in the planning department. One thing to keep in mind is they give you an excel test so it's good to touch up on that if you are planning on interviewing for a planner role. Not too difficult they mostly want to make sure you know how to use formulas and can navigate excel.

They asked about prior work experience mostly. Some questions included: describe a time you had to analyze data and how you went about making a decision based on data, what kind of reports your have pulled and how you look at them, etc.
