I was called a few weeks after I turned my application in store. The lady told me I had an interview for the next day. She didn't mention that the interview was a group interview. When I got there, she told me there would be two other girls and to look around until she was ready. About five minutes before our interview was, she took us back to the back room. She was very friendly and the interview lasted about twenty minutes. It was very laid back and fun.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
