J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Minnetonka, MN) en juin 2010
Entretien
Interview was a group interview, the questions were confusing and open ended (no right or wrong answer). Applied for the job in March, didn't hear back until first week in June. Offered a position over the phone and took the position.

Question 1
How would you respond to a customer who was severely dissatisfied with our product?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
