Got called into the break room with about 10 people and a manager. The interview questions very easy: why do you want to work here? Why should we hire you? What did you like the most/least about last job?...etc After the interview the people who got the job got asked to stay back and fill out a bit of paperwork.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
