J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Chattanooga, TN) en mars 2012
Entretien
I went in and asked if they weere hiring and was told yes. I filled out the application and brought it back the same day. The next day I was called for an interview being held that Friday. I dressed in all black since that's our dresscode and answered all the questions with as much honest enthusiasm as possible. There were two other girls in my interview, which was held at a table in the food court. One of the girls had previous experience working at a VS in NY, which upon hearing I was sure she would be gettig fhe jo, but stayed optomistic about my chances. The second girl worked at her school and came to the interviw wearing khakis with a yellow shirt, flats, and dangly gold and pink earrings. Needles to say she had not done her research. They asked us a few basic interview questions and what part of the store we would enjoy working in. Basically they want someone pretty with a great perrsonality and some retail experience. The girl who worked in ny got hired and so did I. They called meback a couple days later and told me I got the job and to come in for orientation that Sunday.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good associate for Victoria's Secret?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
