J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret en août 2011
Entretien
I was left a message by a manager and called her back, but got another woman and she scheduled me an interview. She also phone interviewed me some fairly easy questions. I came early to the interview and dressed in all black. They told me to look around until she came out. She was about 10 minutes late to interview me and apologized. The interview had some easy questions and some that weren't. I didn't have any retail experience also. A month later the first manager who called me for an interview called me back and asked for me to come in for an interview. She didn't know that I had already gone to one. And then over the next few days I received a thank you for applying typed card in the mail.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
