Entretien
Applied for this job in March for something to do during my summer home from college. They called me a few weeks later asking if I'd like to schedule an interview. I said yes. They said they would call me with a time/date for a group interview. In April they finally called about a group interview. The interview would be in May. Went for the interview, some components were 1:1 some were group. I did exceptionally well at the interview. Got a call 3 weeks later with an offer. Didn't start training for another month. Didn't get me on the schedule for another month after that. Worked for about 2 weeks because by that time I had to go back to school for fall classes. Kind of a complete waste, they were so slow!
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
