J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Elmhurst, NY) en avr. 2016
Entretien
The first interview I was scheduled for with Victoria's Secret at Queens Center Mall went smoother than I had expected. I honestly could say this was because the manager who interviewed me had a warm, and down to earth personality overall unlike the other manager who interviewed me for the second time. The first interview I was expecting to have two other candidates accompany me since I know that Victoria's Secret normally holds group interviews but that was not the case. I was lucky to have a solo interview with one of the managers who also happened to be male. The second interview I ended up going through the regular group interview process. The manager who held the second interview was female and she had quite an intimidating personality since she made it quite clear that she was a no nonsense, business driven manager.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
