I had to fill out a paper application then met with the Nurse Manager and Practice Manager where I was given a brief description of the position. Benefits and salary requirements were discussed in the beginning of the interview. I was then asked key questions about my skills and experience, given a tour of the office and introduced to some of the staff while leaving the office.
