The process began with an HR screening call after submitting my application. Unlike typical HR calls that only verify backgrounds and ask BQ, this 30-minute phone interview was quite hybrid (BQ n tech questions)

Applied for a PM role on their website. Went through an HR screen 10 days after application. Very informative but rushed interview. Interviewer was passionate about the company and role, very knowledgeable but kept cutting me off. Interview felt very rushed and made it look as it was just to meet “interview” quota. Received standard “thanks, no thanks” without a feedback few weeks later…

Entretien
I had two phone interviews, one with HR and another with the VP of Product Development, Fire Protection. From the second phone interview, I was to have a face to face interview, but I have never received any emails or phone calls on any feedback from Victaulic.
