I had one interview with HR and the other with at that time Head of my department. After that I did a test task and got an offer. The interview was nice, everyone was super open and pleasant. There weren't any stupid questions like "What is your greatest weekness" and whatever. I think it was more for them to see if I am a good fit within the team they have personality wise. They liked my CV and told me about it upfront, told me what to expect next and followed through. Although from the time I applied and to hire it took 2,5 month, but I guess it's a normal thing.
