I had my initial phone screening interview with Vibes rescheduled 3 times. However, I was still optimistic because I thought the role was a great fit for me. When I finally got on a call with the recruiter, everything went well and she asked if I was available the following week to meet with one of the hiring managers. I said yes. That was a month ago. I've sent a few follow-ups since. Needless to say, this company ghosted me. Which was not a good look after the numerous rescheduling issues.
