Several phone and skype interviews
HR seems very disorganised. They forgot the calls twice and were very late in sending updates on the process. The only updates I got were after I repeatedly were asking for an update.
One of the skype interviews that was organised felt like a fill in interview with someone from the France office. During that interview that person seemed very unprofessional yawning, stretching and waving at other people while I was trying to answer whatever questions I was being asked.
The process felt very disorganised and you could tell the company is like a playground. I liked the role but there is no structure that was clear.
