Start with submit CV, then a HR call of 30 min about you and the role, then 2-3 rounds of technical round with the team and the manager, then more HR and the end contract

The process included an initial HR phone interview, an online test, several onsite interviews, and a final interview with HR. Throughout all stages, everyone I interacted with was respectful, professional, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. One thing that particularly stood out was how the team handled the online test. Although it was delivered on a relatively new platform that had some technical issues which I felt affected my performance, the team took a thoughtful and fair approach, choosing to move me forward in the process. This kind of consideration is uncommon and really left a positive impression. Overall, it was one of the more respectful and fair interview experiences I've had, and I truly appreciated the way the team approached the process
