Had 3 interviews with various resources. Each was about a half hour in duration. Very pointed questions directed at the position. HR gave a lot of good background about the company and culture.

First screening interview with HR, then hiring Manager and then Global Director for department. Very open and honest interviews at every stage.
Only area for improvement is the recruitment coordinators in different time zones confused things at times.
