My interview process was online with 4 managers. One of the managers was very thorough with his questioning and inquiring of the chemistry knowledge and experience I had. Answers to their questions often led to another question (ex. if I mentioned as an answer i worked with UV spectroscopy, I was asked to explain UV spectroscopy theory)

Had an initial screening call then my interview was set up after Christmas. I was told in the interview, I would know by the following week. Still haven’t heard anything back even though I reached out lol.
