I was contacted by Skye, the virtual scheduling assistant, for a screening interview several days after submitting my application. Less than two hours before the interview, I received a notification from Skye to reschedule. I picked a new date and waited for a call at the appointed time. No call came. I then emailed the contact person that was provided by Skye, and no response. I understand that things come up, but I don't understand why the recruiter could not send me a cancellation instead of ghosting me. Particularly because it seems like Skye is a great tool for managing interview schedules.
