3 Stages of Interview: First was an HR phone interview to determine if personality match. Second was a phone interview with a Engineer Manager. Third was a six stage in-person interview with several different members of the engineering department.
The first two interviews were general and fairly easy, but the six-stage interview was insane. The amount of knowledge that is expected for a New Grad is ridiculous. I thought I held up pretty decently for how hard I was being drilled, but I did not get an offer. It seems like they are looking for some type of super-genius with lots of relevant experience.
Advice: Know a LOT about satellite/antenna technology, know GD&T, know Solidworks, Be VERY hands-on, Be VERY creative/practical, and have a VERY good reason for why you studied Mechanical Engineering.
