And inferior and unpleasant experience. During initial phone screen with recruiter I was told the process would fake maximum four weeks from beginning to offer. Two weeks later I met with hiring manager and had a lovely conversation that lasted substantially longer than scheduled. A week passed and I heard nothing. I followed up. Another week passed and recruiter claimed they were still interviewing first round candidates. So this is now a month past original conversation. So now we’re at 5+ weeks and they’ve ghosted me, which is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.
