Phone Interview with Recruiter who was very nice asked why I wanted to work for the company. 2nd Interview was with the Hiring Manager who was also very nice wanted to know also why I wanted to work there and had questions regarding my experience. 3rd interview onsite 4 hrs long with 3 Managers and the Director. I was disappointed I did not get the position and found out through my contacts that someone with Telecommunications experience got the position which makes sense. Awesome to see 3/4 who interviewed me were women.
