J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Viasat
Entretien
I had an on-site interview for a whole day. The team was not a good fit. The recruiter never reimbursed for transportation as promised. Will never interview with them again.
long, too many interviews, dragged out for weeks. Gave me a verbal offer, then cut the job. Won't interview there again, red flags. They were easy technical interviews, no coding assignments or anything ridiculous.

Half hour phone call with HR
One hour technical screen with the hiring manager
Virtual on-site interview consisting of 4 interviews with different people including another manager and potential teammates
After going through the whole process, I followed up with the recruiter couple of times after 2 - 4 weeks for feedback since I didn't hear anything back, but HR ghosted me.
The overall mood of the interviewers was gloomy and there seemed to be very little emphasis on solid software engineering and design. In retrospect, I think I dodged a bullet.

Recruiter called, she seemed nice but she was just reading off questions from a piece of paper didn't feel like I was actually talking to her. She also seemed new like she didn't know what she was doing and didn't really explain anything well.
