I interviewed at Viasat for a Product Designer role in Ireland. I had an initial interview, and then was rejected for being too senior, and because of my salary requirements - a standard salary compatible with Irish standards. The interesting part is that they reviewed my resume, portfolio, and salary requirements before the interview. Obviously, the impression I got is that Viasat is a pure time waster.
