The interview itself was handled well by the panel. They gave a clear explanation of the role, even though my session had to be rescheduled a few times due to availability (which I adjusted around my work schedule).
What I feel could be improved is the follow-up process. After the interview, there was no update from the recruiter, even when candidates reached out. A simple courtesy note like “If you don’t hear back within 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful” would make a big difference. In today’s tough job market, where many are actively seeking opportunities, a little empathy and transparent communication not only supports candidates but also reflects positively on the company’s image.
