Applied online and received an email to set up a call. Only got up to the interview asking very standard questions. The person on the phone is friendly and even though it seems he might be helping you settle down but I believe every single question asked should be answered carefully. The mistake I probably made was to not answer the questions in detail, even though the person on the phone seem convinced, however, he may not necessarily be.
