Completely nonsensical. Had a good initial phone screening that led to the scheduling of two more video interviews. The first video interview was identical to the phone screening - which really caught me off guard. I literally got asked the exact same questions. I was told it was going to be a deeper dive into the position and company and it was nothing near that, so I then assumed the second interview would be more in depth. Not even 3 hours after the first video interview, I got an email saying my second interview had been cancelled and that they wouldn't be moving on. Felt extremely unprofessional. Don't schedule two interviews and hype them up for a week if they might not even happen. Feels like their recruiting process is a mess over there.
