Applied online and got an introductory call with someone on the Strategy & Ops team. The questions started generic (why this company, why this role etc.) but then went into more behavioral questions and scenario questions that relate to the role. I thought the interviewer was unprofessional and clearly in a rush. She joined the call late and sounded like she was not listening to my answers. When I spent "too long" to answer a question (was speaking for 2 mins), she asked me to give her the "TLDR" which I have never heard someone say in an interview. Overall would not recommend interviewing at this company if even in the introductory call, they don't seem to care about the person.
