Overall process took around 2-3 months until the interview. Once my application was referred it took about a week or 2 until the interview. Interview was an online meeting with a panel and your typical PBI questions.

Seamless due to it being a direct hire position! Not the typical PBI questions, more so a chat. The chat lasted less than 10 minutes. All my questions were answered, and I felt this was just a prerequisite.
