I submitted online and got a call, after which I was invited to an in-person interview. We discussed my background and education. Then I got a hour-limited quiz-test for testing my exp and knowledge and also I had to code some simple programs in the notepad on their hardware. The result of that all is that I did not receive any feedback from them. If the applicant doesn't fit your needs, tell him/her about that, be polite.
