Long, long process. Took about 3 months of back and forth. 1st round with HR, then 2 phone interviews of 1 hour each with SVP, and the lead analyst. Asked to come in for 4 1/2 hour interview to meet with 5 members of the team . No breaks in between each interviewer. Sat in a room for over 4 hours while each member came in one after another and spent about 45 min of questions/discussions. By the end my head was hurting and mouth was dry. If I had known would have been prepared with bottles of water. All of this effort just so they can tell me in 2 days you were not selected for the position. No reason except someone was a better fit! For the time invested it would be nice if they could provide more specifics of why you weren't selected.
