Overall, the interview process was very positive and enjoyable! The team was extremely thorough and thoughtful in their approach to hiring for my role. I had multiple conversations with leadership before moving into an in-person interview, which included a presentation. The recruiter was incredibly helpful in preparing me for each stage, and one of the leaders even called me ahead of my presentation to walk through the objective and set me up for success. Although the process was somewhat lengthy, it felt appropriate for the level of the role and the importance of the hire. I appreciated the structure, the transparency, and the support provided throughout.
