Screening round was a phone interview with an external recruiter. They forgot about our original interview appointment, and communication was lacking when I attempted to reach out to reschedule multiple times. Finally had the phone screen but the questions didn't seem related to the functions of the role. Made it to the next round interview with the HM which went fairly average. Two weeks later I received a standard email saying they had cancelled the role due to changing business needs.
