First spoke with the in house recruiter. He really painted a very detail picture of the company, role, culture and values. We spoke about my experience and he asked what I wanted in a new role an actually listened which was awesome. I was used to recruiters being one sided at times and just pushing said role on you. At the end of our call he allowed me to ask questions or elaborate on things discussed prior. The next round was a technical phone screen with a senior developer. I was able to code in the language of my choice which was great. I was later notified that they would not be moving forward with my candidacy but the experience was painless and very transparent throughout the entire cycle.
