I had four interviews with HR, CFO/COO, accounting assistant, and recruited. The interviews were fairly casual via team - mostly focused on time management skill and experience. Team was really nice, but it was a longer interview process. The job itself was straight forward accounting w other the help of an administrative accounting assist who helped with some of the more bookkeeping oriented tasks.
