Unbelievable, not in a good way, but at least I know how much they micro manger, they’re are boards and screens everywhere for stats for OTB’s, test drive, products and more, blanket kpi’s that will obviously be used to beat you with, a wall with acronyms on that you have to say during the sales process, yet i was told they want you to be yourself and let the customer buy the car the way they want, well obviously not, its a script and so many points to follow, they want kids with no experience to do all this and be robots, if you have a personality don’t join

A 2-stage process that allows you get to terms with the business, pretty easy communication for the process with plenty of information and updates provided. Could be streamlined somewhat as a lot of the hiring process is handled by head office rather than in dealership personnel

Application online, First stage, a Phone call, followed by an in person interview at a suitable time and day to suit both parties and then final interview in person again.
Very good casual chat rather than a grilling interview, very down to earth manager & great experience
