Applied through the company portal and got an email for assessment. The assessment is of 30 questions 10 math 10 java 10 SQL. After 3 days of the assessment, I was told about the interview process. Two rounds of coding interviews followed by one HR interview and one Managerial round.
Interview went well on my end, but they ghosted me which tells me they do not value my time. I prefer direct communication and some level of professionalism, it is the bare minimum. Other than that, the person interviewing was easy to talk to and seemed passionate about their work.
