An initial screening interview was held with the talent acquisition team, followed by a first stage interview with the hiring manager and individual second stage interviews with members of the wider team

4 rounds: HR screen, Hiring manager interview, Exec Director/VP interview, Final round was a Panel interview (one after the other, not all at once with HR lead, hiring manager plus 3 others). Everyone was very nice, Despite multiple scheduling issues on their end during the process the HR team was very communicative. Would have really enjoyed the role, team, etc. Then nothing - ghosted. The only way I knew I didn't get the role was because I logged into their Workday system for candidates.
