Not the best form to interview, they never talk clear with what they want. You work with the recruiter and they never follow up you, of what’s going on. Don’t like the form of they approach.

I went through the entire interview process, and was requested reference checks. They started dragging their feet after reference checks are completed, only to go with an internal hire. Total process took mover 3 months
