This was for a contract position. I had a phone interview with the staffing recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager and finally a panel interview with three of the Clinical Trial Managers and the Division Head. Unfortunately all three Clinical Trial Managers asked the same questions - Walk me through your resume, what made you apply for this position and then they each talked about the department, the position and the group.

I had a thirty minute call with a recruiter about my experiences and my career goals. The next steps would have been meeting with the team as well. The recruiter was very nice and direct.
