I had 2 interviews with a recruiter for the Project Coordinator position before an in person interview with Dena. It was clear that they are looking for the right fit. They were honest in telling me they felt like I'd do better in another position so I was considered for Analyst instead. They're very upfront about the amount of work and the rewards.
