The interview was easy and it was a pleasant atmosphere. The panel consisted of 3 people in which their questions relates to their department. They were all friendly which was good because it was more like a casual discussion rather than an interrogation room. The questions pertained to my previous experience with sales, why I applied for the position, my future goals, etc. There were no difficult or trick questions, it was pretty much simple and to the point. Some of the questions allowed for short answers and others requires elaborate explanation with good examples.

Background: company claims long existence, state of California says otherwise, and company probably not profitable. The owner acknowledged that one out of three long term employees actually generate more than their payroll burden. These three employees past experience limited to pizza chief, website designer, and undisclosed. It's amazing that owner can't understand how and why these three employees can't generate significant revenue. If you know nothing about sales, apply here. Be advised, owner conducts his own illegal background checks consisting of a Google search, so never mind the fact that any potentially negative information lacks your ownership, you'll never get to address it. He did this to me after sending me offer letter, I considered suing, but didn't think they had a nickel to justify the effort.

Imagine being bombarded with stupid questions having nothing to do with the profession of sales, from young, inexperienced, teenage looking, pizza chef, web designer and other, all having titles of "manager"(so much for titles).
