Reached the office, got a tour of the company and the operations, had a brief technical overview over what's going on, followed by an interview with the CEO. The interview seemed very much like a character-fit type thing, rather than a test of skills.

There was a review of technical skills and past experiences. You also need to state your long term goals and have specific ratings of yourself with each technology.It was not a long interview.
