      I want to get my grievances out first: My biggest issue is with the job posting itself. On LinkedIn, the position was listed as a hybrid job, although it was not mentioned in the post description. The pay and hours were also not listed (other than being full time). It wasn't until I asked during the video interview that I was told that the job was entirely on-site, and there wouldn't be any opportunities for remote work until I moved to a higher position. Which was extremely frustrating as the main reason I applied for this at all was that it was listed as hybrid. Interview process: Approximately 1 week after applying, I received a call from the recruiter (not third-party) although I missed it. They sent me a follow up email to schedule a time to have a phone call. The call itself was short and was basically just re-stating everything that was already in the job posting. They asked me if I could have a video interview the next day. That interview was with the hiring manager for the specific department the position was with. They explained to me more specifics on the job. The questions were fairly standard interview questions, although I felt that they were more leading to describe negatives about yourself. They told me they would likely be in contact the following week (as it was a friday). I got a call from the recruiter about 2 hours after, to verbally offer me the position, and that they would have an offer in writing on Monday.
