Even though I have that work exp, being able to use a spreadsheet doesn't make you superior to others Recruiters are based out of SF HQ, but when scheduling an interview time with a candidate in a different time zone+country, they only communicated in PST. It's simple to convert timezones, but it gives off the vibe that the company isn't mindful of individual recruiting experiences when you put the onus on the candidate to convert timezones and dates from the recruiter. Simply using the date formats and timezones of the market you're trying to recruit in (DD/MM vs. MM/DD) goes a long way
