30 min phone interview with the technical recruiter. It was a great conversation, however I did not move on to the next round and they are not allowed to provide feedback

Very unorganized process and did not ask questions relevant to the job. For one of the interviews, the interviewer was almost 25 minutes late and it ended within 5 minutes because I didn't have direct experience. Even when they told me at the beginning of the process that it was ok if I did not have direct experience.
