I was given a questionnaire to fill out explaining why I believe I’m the right fit for the role. I took probably 4 hours perfecting each and every answer on a 6 question questionnaire. In the end I was told the position requires 4 years instead of 3, which I said I have if I add in my internships. Ever since I’ve been following up, but completely ghosted. I believe there should be some level of respect for candidates that are on top of the interview process and nothing but respectful. Sure they’re a big company, but I’ve seen bigger companies with more volume respond within a day. Overall very disappointed and disheartened.
