Online screen followed by short in person interview in the back of the store. Chill interviewers, no hard questions or anything. Pretty much just asked me about my experience and availability.
Took a few weeks to get, then the interview lasted about an hour and was a panel interview. They were asking many different questions to get an idea of my personality.

They ask you a series of questions to see if you meet their business model that can fit with the rest of the team members. Throughout the interview process, you have to recollect from previous experience or school experience to explain the skill set you’ve acquired
