Typically involves multiple stages. It starts with an initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications, followed by a more in-depth interview where candidates are asked about their experience with prospecting, cold calling, and sales techniques. This may include role-playing exercises to demonstrate communication skills and objection handling. Finally, there's often a culture-fit interview with senior team members to ensure alignment with company values and the fast-paced nature of the role.
Recruiter will contact you for a thorough interview right away if you have the necessary skills and background. From there a hiring manager will set up multiple interviews with the team to see if you are a fit. Not sure why this process can be delayed up to 3 months or longer but they seem to like having back up candidates hanging on. Definitely not worth your time and I found the process to be discourteous and phony.

Pretty Stand interview. Super informative interview about the role and expectations, no smoke and mirrors. Some interesting interview questions which are more personality focused and reflective than performance focused. I had the standard what are your strengths and weakness, but also interesting questions about what do I want people to remember about me
