Interview was easy, basic scenario questions. Past experience and use cases, but no response after that, even follow up went to dark can. Should have more transparent and provide at least genuine feedback.

Applied online mid-Dec 2021. Recruiter reached out exactly a month later for a 30 min call. After that I didn’t hear anything for two months then the hiring manager reached out at the beginning of April to schedule an interview a week later. One interview with the hiring manager—felt very conversational. I was asked the standard STAR questions in the beginning but the entire time it felt as if they were trying to get past those questions in order to have a real conversation. Waited to hear back while they conducted other interviews, a week later I was offered the position. Background check took about 72 hours to comeback. Recruiter let me know my background check was finished and I was cleared to start. The total process took about 4 months. Not sure what was happening during that time but it all worked out. Here I AM. Really enjoying it here. Advice: Read through the job description and choose a few scenarios from your past that demonstrate each bullet point. And share your experience based on the STAR method.
