Applied online. Was contacted by HR person who asked basic screening questions for 15-20 minutes. Was called back by HR and interview was setup 2 days later in store. Interviewed for approx 45 minutes. Called that day and offered position. Mulled it over for 3 days and declined.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
